Flip Forward
Flip Forward is NHSSN’s initiative to help overcome the lack of affordable housing for sale in the Las Vegas Valley. NHSSN acquires, rehabilitates, and sells properties to low-to-moderate income owner occupants. The new homeowner’s get a move-in-ready home, and if they qualify, they may receive down payment assistance to aid in affordability.

Blight to Bright
NHSSN was awarded $2m from the City of North Las Vegas to acquire, purchase and renovate homes for affordable rental for larger families.
Currently we have four families living in our homes and we are actively looking to purchase three more properties to help ease the shortage of affordable housing for larger families.
Here We Grow
NHSSN is ready to break ground on our first development project, 60-units of affordable senior rental housing in the City of Las Vegas.
We are completing the rehabilitation of 500 Jefferson. This project will add six affordable one bedroom units in the Historic West Side.

The State of Nevada Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) – As we continue to navigate through COVID-19 and its effect on our community, we want you to know that help is on its way. HAF isn’t currently open for applications, but as soon as we know more, we will update the website and our social media.
The State of Nevada Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) – Available to homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, funds may be used to assist homeowners at risk of foreclosure. Funds may be used for mortgage delinquencies and defaults, mortgage payments, homeowners utilities, property taxes and insurance, and HOA fees.
