Courses are available online through E-home America. The self-paced class covers the basics of how to purchase a home.

The $99 course is offered in English and Spanish and is required for anyone interested in receiving down payment assistance.

After completing the online course you must complete an intake form before we can release your certificate.

Finally, upon receiving your certificate your next step is to schedule your one on one counseling.
