    Yes, you can fill out the rental application at our Leasing Office during business hours.

    You will need to provide proof of income, a government-issued ID, a social security number, a completed application form, and rental history. Additional documents may be requested depending on your situation.
  • Do you conduct background checks?
    Yes, we conduct background checks as part of the application process.
  • How long does it take to process and approve a rental application?
    It typically takes 2-3 business days to process and approve a rental application, but this can vary depending on the completeness of the application and the speed of response from references.
  • What is the amount of the security deposit?
    The security deposit is usually equivalent to one month's rent, but this may vary based on the property and your creditworthiness.
  • Is it necessary for my monthly income to be three times the rent?
    No, we generally require that your monthly income be at least two times the rent for market rent units. Photos ensure affordability.
  • What are the total move-in costs?
    The total move-in costs typically include the first month’s rent, the security deposit, and any applicable fees. We will provide a detailed breakdown when you apply.
  • Can I rent a property without having a monthly income?
    If you do not have a monthly income, you may need a co-signer or proof of substantial savings to qualify.

    Our standard lease term is 12 months, but other terms may be available upon request.
  • Are pets permitted?
    Some of our properties allow pets with an additional pet deposit and monthly fee. Please ask the Leasing Office for a specific property’s pet policy.
  • Does your agency offer second chance rentals?
    Yes, we do consider applicants with past rental issues on a case-by-case basis.
  • Do you accept applicants with felonies?
    We review all applicants on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature and time of the offense.
  • Is the rent income-based?
    Our rent is not typically income-based, but we do offer some affordable housing options.
  • What is the maximum occupancy for a one or two-bedroom unit?
    A one-bedroom unit typically accommodates up to two people, and a two-bedroom unit can accommodate up to four people.
  • Is parking assigned?
    Some properties offer assigned parking, while others have general parking areas. Please inquire about the specific property you are interested in.

    If you lack rental history, we may require additional references or a co-signer.
  • Are your units accessible for people with disabilities?
    Some of our units are designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. Please inquire about specific accessibility features.
  • What if I have a prior eviction?
    NHSSN consider applicants with prior evictions on a case-by-case basis. Applicants with evictions within the last two years of the application date will be automatically denied. NHSSN considering the circumstances and time since the eviction.
