We offer down payment assistance to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families purchase a home. The first step is to complete your required homebuyer education.
Homebuyer education can be completed in 1 of our monthly in person Home Buyer classes or online through E-home America.
After completing your homebuyer education, you will need to meet one-on-one with our fabulous homeownership team to talk about your homeownership goals and create a plan to reach your goals.
WISH down payment assistance is available on a first come, first-serve basis, as long as funds are available. WISH provides a 4 to 1 match, up to a program maximum of $29,000.
